A refresher Personal Survival Techniques (PST) course is a training course for seafarers to update their skills in personal survival. It's a mandatory part of basic safety training for seafarers. This practical course has to be done every 5 Years for seafarers holding BST/PST Certificate to ensure continued Proficiency. This course is designed & delivered as per the latest STCW Convention & as per the D. G. Shipping Guidelines, as applicable.
