Campus Infrastructure

The SPMA campus is spread over more than 4 Hectares (10 Acres) of Land.

The SPMA campus is built in a rural area with neither the benefits of an urban infrastructure nor the constraints of the cityscape. This made it possible for the SPMA campus to be purpose built with infrastructural facilities that could be leveraged for the learning experience.

Academic Facilities

Academic facilities are targeted at the knowledge development aspect of learning at SPMA. These facilities include Classroom, Steering simulator, Library, Computer Lab, an Auditorium and faculty offices.

Training Facilities

Practical training facilities are targeted at the skills development aspect of learning at SPMA. These facilities include a large, well equipped workshop, engineering infrastructure, Swimming Pool, mock-ups for fire fighting and other training plus other facilities designed to improve the seamanship training of SPMA students.

Residential Facilities

Residential facilities include hostel accommodation for students and faculties, Catering facilities, Recreation room, Library, High speed Internet connection, and Extensive sports facilities have been provided to promote a healthy active lifestyle with a competitive streak.

Sports Facilities

The SPMA campus has a large multi-purpose playing field. We have Indoor games such as Table-Tennis, Carom, Table Football, Chess etc. and we also have Outdoor games such as Basket ball, Long Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Football etc.
